Q. Where do you ship from?

 

A. Our warehouse is in the UK, we will ship from the UK warehouse in Farringdon.

Q. Which shipping carriers do you use?

 

A. All orders are shipped Royal mail unless specified otherwise.

Q. Do your prices include VAT?

 

A. Yes.

Q. How do you sell?

 

A. At the present, we sell 6 brands product. Except SHUDA, it sells by carton within multi sizes, the rest brands will sell by carton of one size.

Q. About drop Shipping

 

A. THE MARQUET Wholesale will drop ship orders according to instructions on your purchase order. There is no drop ship fee.

Q. How do you deliver?

 

A. This depends on the size of the order and when we pack it (different couriers collect from us at different times of the day). We use an overnight carrier Royal Mail but always try to send orders out in 2-3 working days.

Q. Do you have a minimum order number?

 

A. Our minimum delivery for a wholesale order is one carton of the product.

Q. How long will my order take to arrive?

 

A. This depends on the size of the order. We aim to get all orders out within a couple of days but this is not always possible. We do however try to ensure all orders are received within 7 days. On some bulk items we may have to order these in ourselves especially for you but our suppliers are normally quite quick and we would contact you if there was going to be any kind of long delay. Please refer to the shipping page for details.

Q. May we use your images?

 

A. We allow customers to use our images as long as these are solely to sell products ordered from THE MARQUET. If you need more images of our products, please email us.

Q. Do you have a wholesale application form?

 

A. You can click contact us page to fill out the online form.

Q. Where do you deliver to?

 

A. Our wholesale orders are mainly based in the UK. But we are supplying an increasing number of businesses overseas. This is no problem for us but some deliveries to some destinations may incur a delivery surcharge.

How does the backorders work?

 

A. All backorders will ship unless canceled by the customer in writing via email or our website system. When your order is ready to be shipped, any item not available will be placed on backorder unless instructed otherwise. Please note that your order will be shipped as complete as possible, but it is not suggested to request complete shipping as this may delay delivery of your order.

Q. How do I cancel orders?

 

A. Please contact us by email/phone or contact form to cancel. All cancellations must be in notifying within 1-2 business days of the initial order. Cancellations are not guaranteed.

Q. Can I order custom colors and sizes?

 

A. Yes. You can give us the details via email/phone or contact form.

Q. Do you have a printed price list or brochure?

 

A. No. Due to the vast range of products, seasonal goods, items going out of stock and new lines coming in it would be impossible for us to keep up to date with a printed list. We also try our best to be as environmentally friendly as possible and the idea of having an up to date and informative website helps us to not use ridiculous amounts of paper, ink and energy producing such things.
